- 2. Informational Emails: On the other hand, if the email is purely “informational” or meant to redirect the client to learn more about your offerings, the regulations are somewhat less strict. However, it’s always best to tread carefully and avoid spam-like behavior even in these cases.
- Cold Emails: Surprisingly, even with tighter regulations on selling, it is still possible to send “cold” emails to potential clients. However, it’s crucial to be aware of the fine line between a well-crafted marketing email and an unsolicited spam message.
