All consultations require a $50 non-refundable consultation fee, which will be credited toward your retainer if you choose to hire our firm.

Estate planning services are flat fee. The consultation fee is credited toward the flat fee if you retain our firm.
Family Law

Family law retainers are deposited into a trust account and billed hourly. If the retainer is not fully used, the remaining balance is refunded. If additional work is needed beyond the retainer, you will be asked to replenish your trust account.

We understand that legal services are an investment. We offer payment plans for retainers over $3,000 to help make quality legal representation accessible. Payment plans are available in 3-month and 6-month options with automated monthly billing through our secure payment system.
