Your Document Review Consultation is confirmed. Before our appointment, please complete and sign the Limited Scope Engagement Agreement (LSEA) below. The attorney-client relationship does not begin until the LSEA is fully executed. We cannot review your document until it is signed.

What to do now

1. Read the LSEA in the window below. It covers what we will do (and will not do). Fill in your contact information sign. Once you sign, Zachary T. Hunsinger will countersign and you will receive a fully-executed PDF by email.
2. IMMEDIATELY email your document (.docx format, 1-10 pages total) to info@hlawgrp.com at least 2 BUSINESS DAYS before your appointment with subject “Doc Review – [Your Name] – [Appt Date/Time].” If not received 2 business days in advance, appointment may be cancelled/rescheduled and fee forfeited.
