We offer two types of consultations depending on your matter type:
- Free Consultation — Divorce, Custody, Child Support, Order of Protection, and Prenuptial Agreement matters
- $50 Strategy Session — Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship, and Business Law matters (credited toward your retainer if you hire our firm)

Free Consultation — Family Law
We offer complimentary 30-minute consultations for the following family law matters. There is no fee to meet with an attorney, and no obligation to retain our firm.

Family law retainers are deposited into a trust account and billed hourly. If the retainer is not fully used, the remaining balance is refunded. If additional work is needed beyond the retainer, you will be asked to replenish your trust account.

For Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship, and Business Law matters, we offer a focused $50 strategy session with an experienced attorney. The $50 consultation fee is credited toward your retainer if you choose to hire our firm — making the consultation effectively free for our clients.

Estate planning services are flat fee. The consultation fee is credited toward the flat fee if you retain our firm.

Payment Plans Available
We understand that legal services are an investment. We offer payment plans for retainers over $3,000 to help make quality legal representation accessible. Payment plans are available in 3-month and 6-month options with automated monthly billing through our secure payment system.

Your paid strategy session includes:
