Family law retainers are deposited into a trust account and billed hourly. If the retainer is not fully used, the remaining balance is refunded. If additional work is needed beyond the retainer, you will be asked to replenish your trust account.
Estate Planning & Probate
For estate planning and probate matters, we offer a $50 consultation with an experienced attorney. The consultation fee is credited toward your fee if you hire our firm within 14 days.

Estate Planning
Our estate planning packages are designed to provide a complete foundation for your family. Depending on the package selected, plans may include wills or trusts, durable financial powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills, advance directives, and related supporting documents.

Estate planning services are generally billed on a flat-fee basis. The consultation fee is credited toward the flat fee if you retain our firm.
Stand-Alone Powers of Attorney
Stand-alone powers of attorney are available for clients who are not yet ready for a full estate plan.

Powers of attorney are billed on a flat-plus-hourly basis. Most clients fall within the base fee for a standard document package. If additional drafting, extended meetings, or complex customization is needed, that work is billed at the firm’s hourly rate after discussion with the client.

For business law matters, we offer a $50 consultation with an experienced attorney. The consultation fee is credited toward your fee if you hire our firm within 14 days. The consultation helps us understand your objectives, complete an initial fit assessment, and recommend the appropriate level of legal support.

For businesses needing recurring legal guidance. Includes up to two hours per month of routine business-law advice, compliance support, risk-management guidance, and brief review and advice regarding straightforward contracts within the included monthly time. Unused time does not roll over. Substantive drafting, redlines, negotiations, complex agreements, transactions, disputes, and other project-based work are separately scoped. Members receive 20% off eligible flat-fee drafting and review projects. Additional time is billed at a $50/hour discount from standard rates. |

* Consultation Fee: Up to 25 minutes to understand your needs and recommend the appropriate service. The consultation fee is credited toward a qualifying engagement retained within 14 days.
** Flat-Fee Scope: Each flat fee covers only the services expressly described for that offering. Negotiations, counterparty communications, additional or material revisions, diligence, filings, coordination, complex issues, and work outside the stated scope are not included unless specifically stated in the engagement agreement.
*** Complex Contract Fee: The flat fee does not include negotiations with the counterparty or revisions arising from negotiations. If needed, those services will be separately scoped and quoted, or handled under an appropriate advance-fee engagement.

We understand that legal services are an investment. We offer payment plans for retainers over $3,000 to help make quality legal representation accessible. Payment plans are available in 3-month and 6-month options with automated monthly billing through our secure payment system.
