Family Law
We offer complimentary 30-minute consultations for the following family law matters. There is no fee to meet with an attorney, and no obligation to retain our firm.

Family law retainers are deposited into a trust account and billed hourly. If the retainer is not fully used, the remaining balance is refunded. If additional work is needed beyond the retainer, you will be asked to replenish your trust account.
Estate Planning & Probate
For estate planning and probate matters, we offer a focused $50 strategy session with an experienced attorney. The $50 consultation fee is credited toward your fee if you hire our firm.

Estate Planning
Our estate planning packages are designed to provide a complete foundation for your family. Depending on the package selected, plans may include wills or trusts, durable financial powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills, advance directives, and related supporting documents.

Estate planning services are generally billed on a flat-fee basis. The consultation fee is credited toward the flat fee if you retain our firm.
Stand-Alone Powers of Attorney
Stand-alone powers of attorney are available for clients who are not yet ready for a full estate plan.

Powers of attorney are billed on a flat-plus-hourly basis. Most clients fall within the base fee for a standard document package. If additional drafting, extended meetings, or complex customization is needed, that work is billed at the firm’s hourly rate after discussion with the client.

We assist business owners with formation, contracts, compliance, risk management, and ongoing outside general counsel services. Whether you are launching a new company or need ongoing support for an established business, we offer practical legal guidance with transparent pricing.

Business law services may be billed as flat fee, monthly subscription, or hourly depending on the scope of work. We will discuss the best structure for your business during your strategy session.
Payment Plans Available
We understand that legal services are an investment. We offer payment plans for retainers over $3,000 to help make quality legal representation accessible. Payment plans are available in 3-month and 6-month options with automated monthly billing through our secure payment system.
